A droid who saved your life, dude. Not the grateful type, are we?
On another note, I still can’t get over how great your rain effects are 🙂 I may have to borrow them next time it rains in my comic 😉
Speaking of that, all that rain can’t possibly be good for Ed, can it?
Rain is pretty easy to replicate, what I tend to do is create one file with it in, and copy and paste it then change the angles 🙂 I might make a tutorial on it rather than lend my current one out as so many people have asked me about it XD
As for being weather resistant, Ed does need to be pretty water-tight, and most likely he’s made from alloy material which would be less likely to rust easily. He does need to be some-what water-proof considering that Med-droids were made to be in various different environments to perform emergency services for those who could afford it 🙂
Not to mention blood and other bodily fluids tend to also be able to rust things if not cleaned up right away. So medic bots tend to be synonymous with “waterproofed robot” due to that bit of job description they have going.
Well, so much for any sympathy that guy was gonna get from me. Of course, this is the same guy who, the instant the tables turned, shot his helpless prisoner in cold blood. So maybe that ship had already sailed.
It sounds like Ed’s just about to get a chance to put his medical skills to good use, but at this point I’m not sure that’ll really help him with that whole “not being scrapped for parts” thing that he wants to do, since he and Cara apparently didn’t earn any brownie points by saving everyone’s lives just now.
5 bucks says “SOMEONE HELP!” means “MEDIC!” and time for Ed to add to his little black book of debts… well that would be the case if Ed was a more Cynical person. Either way, he’s worth more alive than in spare parts.
